Our first night under the trees
Before there were bookings, page layouts or tidy plans, there was a tent glowing under the moon and a fire shared at the edge of the forest. On 25 April, we spent one of our first nights at the property and began learning what camping here actually felt like after dark.
The quiet arrived quickly. The creek and trees became the whole soundtrack, the fire became the centre of the evening, and the temperature dropped enough to remind us that this valley has its own rhythm. It was simple, a little rough around the edges and exactly the kind of experience we hoped Riverdell could offer.
That night shaped many of the practical choices that followed: generous campsites, clear shared amenities and enough room for people to settle in without losing the feeling of being surrounded by bush.
